Why doesn’t he wanna be with me?

I don;t know any other way to make him see that i do want to be with him and that i know he wants me too. We were together for only a short period but it was the happiest i’ve been in two years. how it started was i told him i liked him and he said to me that he felt the same and wanted to be with me. And then a couple of weeks later he says he thinks we are better off as friends. We hardly even kissed.
so i told him he could do what he liked because i couldn’t make him stay with me if he didnt want to. A few weeks ago i asked him if he would reconsider and he told me that even though he had been thinking about it he still thinks we are better off as friends, which i think is bullshit.

he still likes me and we both know it but he won’t relent. He is so naiive and pigheaded. But i don’t know what to do anymore. He is one of the greatest friends i have ever had but he was an even greater boyfirend which is what i want.

I’m starting to give up on him because i’ve noticed that i am becoming a little obsessive. But i still love him anyway even if he is a little stupid about us. Anybody who knowws us together thinks the exact same as me and i often have others asking me why we aren’t together.

Silly boy.

Getting Organised

It took me a whole day but i finally organised my entire room and all my shelves. I think tomorow i might go through the three draws where i stuff everything and throw away what i haven’t used in a bout 5 years.

It feels really good to be able to walk into my room without tripping over either a piece of clothing or a book. i just wish it was as easy to get my love life in order like this. Emotions are so complicated and my ex is and always will be an enigma to me.

I’m interested in a very wide range of things i’ve realised recently.

Music: My favourite band is Rammstein the german industrial metal band. I think some of it has to do with my german heritage but mostly i find their lyrics funny and commical to no end, Til is hilarious. Can’t wait for the new album coming out.
I also really like The Smashing Pumkins, Billy Corgan is a bit of a machine. Nine Inch Nails, Eminem, Mindless Self Indulgence, Three Days Grace, Rage Against the Machine, Megaherz, High and Mighty Color, Local H, Alice in Chains and various other bands.
I enjoy Opera and Classical music, it sorta makes me feel affluent and special when i listen to it, Madama Butterfly and Pagliacci are gorgeous.

Books: I really enjoy reading biographies and auto-biographies. Reading about peoples lives and hardships and how they over come adversity sort of inspires me to be a better person myself. Anything written in first person usually is a favourite with me. But i will read anything anyway, even if i hate the book i will finish it just to be able to say that i have read it and hated it til the end.

Television: I haven’t watched much tv lately because i’m disappointed with the ammount of crap on there and the news is so depressing i turn it off. But, i love Good News Week because Paul Mcdermit is the funniest man on television and he takes the piss out of everyone, also the simpsons is still a classic.

I immensly enjoy learning new things and expanding the grey matter between my ears. I think that if we have all this knowledge why not try and learn it.

Confused Young Adult

I’m not confused about anything in particular, just where my life is heading at this point. I’m a full time TAFE and Uni student and cook in a small pub kitchen in a small town in my spare time. I have almost no social or love life. Basically TAFE is my social life and my love life took a sharp, downward spiral around two months ago.

I’m trying to figure out whether i want to stay with the Hospitality industry or go to the Army like i wanted about 12 months ago.

I’m about to start a boot camp to get my weight and fitness in check so that if and when i do decide about going to the army or not i will be in good shape or at least better shape.

I had a boyfirend for a short peiod of time about two months ago. The build up to actually going out with him was so long that it felt like we were together much longer.

Well that’s about it for my first post. If anyone reads this at all ever please comment. i can take abuse and help. I’m very interested in what people think i should or shouldn’t do about my life. I also make no apologies for views and opinions expressed because essentially they are mine and mine alone, i don’t need to justify myself to anyone.
